Delete your account and data

In the app

Open Shippy → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication record) and clears all order/shipment data stored on your device.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, or the in-app option isn't available on your version, email igal.bogu@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (email, name, profile photo) from Firebase Authentication.
Any diagnostic identifiers tied to your account in Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics.

What is not affected

Your AliExpress account itself — Shippy only reads your order session on-device and never modifies or deletes anything on AliExpress.
Order/shipment data already stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or use "Clear all data" in Settings, independent of account deletion.
